Make sure you always ask for the receipt and check it at Costa before you leave! I went instore to Costa yesterday, as I saw so many great vegetarian and vegan options online and on the app. However, nothing was available, when I went inside. So, I ordered a Raspberry & Almond Bake. They said they don't give points for the item as it is a small item. Never happened to me at other Costa Coffees before. To top it off, when i got home and checked my receipt, I had been charged the price of the trifle cake. I couldn't take it back, as unfortunately, I had eaten the bake before I got home. I have made a complaint online to Costa Coffee. Always check what they charged you!!!
I have just get flat white coffee but it was not what it should be. I felt like drinking hot milk ???? not at all felt like coffee. I’m a kinda introvert (I can’t say on face that your coffee is bad still it’s waste of my money ) I recently moved to Eastham and I usually take coffee at 6am while running to work half of the time in a week I get worst coffee so, I changed my mind to go to McDonald’s coffee which is beside to costa and that’s the best and cheap My favourite was mocha but it was worse here and changed to cappuccino and it goes on changing I’m drinking costa coffee since more than 3 years now, even though it increases prices for coffee ????????
