Latte today quite good. Pity they didn't clear the dirty cup (not mine, it was there when I arrived) on my table for the duration of my visit (see photo of the dirty cup). I moved it right to the side of the table & away from me to make it more noticeable to the staff but it wasn't collected. Friendly staff. Range of cakes seemed very minimal, a pity: I wasn't there late in the day, 3.15pm (see the sparsity of cakes in the photos). I had a slice of carrot cake, the icing on the side of the cake was a bit of a mess (see photo). The cake was nice and fresh, I had the first slice from the cake.
Well done Vincent for letting me know that you can (quoting your own words) "definitely kick me out, if you want to" once is 17:01 regardless of the fact that I haven't finished my tea You must be very proud of your achievement today! I hope you'll learn to be as good at making tea as you are on beein rude to customers PS. If you hate your job so much, just quit - don't take it on others
The best Costa I've ever been to. Vincent is truly the biggest highlight and the kindest soul. He's extreamly helpful and easy to talk to, I can't miss our daily conversations. His professionalism and care elevates the location and his colleagues!
