5 stars for the friendly, cheerful staff, 0 stars for the bitter, evil brew that some would call coffee. I most certainly wouldn't.
Simple maintenance on the entrance door would stop it whining and squeaking. Oil spray would remedy this in two minutes. Another branch of Costa, another noisy door. Staff service area door on Leytonstone High Rd branch: bangs loudly when falling shut. It's highly disturbing as staff use it (the vestibule door) very often.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced by any costa. Thats not the end, the red head lady who served me was rude. She is lacking training I suppose. I've been there 4 times, she was rude all the way. At first instance I thought it was a bad day for her however she been rude every time. promise I won't hit that costa anymore.
